– I had a blast with you, all the Danish people and all other colleagues as well. Hope you can continue your fantastic work there and looking forward to keep in touch and hopefully see you latest next year.
– The Danish Metal Awards are an expertly run, first class affair that the metal world needs to take notice of. With a tradition of recognizing Denmark’s burgeoning metal scene, it’s the ideal platform to introduce upcoming and established artists to the world stage.
Nima Dervish, Closeup Magazine:
-Thanks for a great time. I had a blast and also got to discover some Danish bands I didn’t know about.
Wenke Gillner, Lifeforce Records:
– We, Lifeforce Records, would like to express our appreciation for your incredible work to establish such a fabulous event. I believe the DMeA was a big success and hope that you will be able to continue doing it! A lot of other countries should take this event as an example of an excellent contribution to the Metal World.
Maria van der Lee, Editor of Slavestate Magazine (Sveriges største metal webzine):
– My first encounter with the Danish Metal Awards has been an extremely rewarding experience. The entire event was very well planned and executed, with a professional attitude and commitment seen far too seldom in any cultural area outside the officially sanctioned sphere. The high level of ambition illustrates the potential of the Danish metal scene, which has seen a rapid growth in both quantity and quality in the last ten years and is without doubt ready to be both heard and seen outside the borders of Denmark.
