Inden SPOT Festival 2018 introducerer vi dig til flere af de internationale branchepersoner,som har bekræftet deres deltagelse på årets SPOT Festival. Her kan du møde Jay Cox, som grundlagde management- og promotionselskabet On A Plate.

Can you tell us a bit about the company’s history and its roster? On A Plate started as a radio promotions company in the UK in 2004, and remains a boutique independent focused on breaking artists. On A Plate caters to mainly the left of centre rhythmic music, and services include Radio, Streaming and TV promotions and Artist Management.

– and a bit about whom you personally work with at this moment? Current roster includes The Maghreban, Paul White, Rockstar Games, World Circuit Records & Yazmin Lacey.

What was the moment you decided you wanted to work with music? Pirate Radio culture in North / East London in the late 80’s and early 90’s.

What are your favourite Danish acts? Sekuoia, Kill J and Agnes Obel.

Best show you’ve ever seen hands down? Radiohead, Civic Hall, Wolverhampton 2006
