Can you tell us a bit about the company’s history and its roster?

Element 1 is a management company run via Live Nation, home to Twenty One Pilots, NF, The Band Camino, half alive, and Erik Ron. This year they have officially launched their label branch in hopes to develop artists through touring.

And can you tell us a bit about the acts you personally work with at this moment?

As the roster of the label hasn’t signed anyone to its roster, I’m not officially working with any acts at the moment.

What was the moment you decided you wanted to work with music?

I’ve known I wanted to work as an A&R since I was 14, starting because I was a huge fan of music and going to live shows.

Which acts are you looking forward to seeing this year at SPOT?

I’m excited to see Sitrekin and looking forward to hearing things that haven’t been on my radar yet.

Lorde in Philadelphia in 2022.
