[MXD Networking @ SPOT 2026] Meet Henrik Posner

Can you tell us a bit about the company’s history and its roster?

by:Larm is a music festival and conference held annually at different locations in Norway since 1998. Since 2008 the festival has been held in Oslo. The 29th edition of by:Larm will be held September 10-12th 2026. by:Larm consists of two parts: a festival and a conference. The conference is a meeting place for the Nordic and international music industries. A series of lectures, seminars and debates are held during the day. The festival concerts take place at night and are open to the public. Their main focus is to present artists that are on the verge of success, either in their homelands or internationally.

And can you tell us a bit about the acts you personally work with at this moment?

I don’t work with any acts.

What was the moment you decided you wanted to work with music?

I was 17 years old, and I worked at my first concert in Bergen. It was a christmas concert with AURORA, actually. She was 18 years old, and her artist name was still Aurora Aksnes. She played by:Larm earlier the same year.
