[MXD Networking @ SPOT 2026] Meet Palden Mazsor Khe-Changsoo

Can you tell us a bit about the company’s history and its roster?

Worst Dad Ever is just myself, and I focus on booking shows for touring artists in Montreal, QC as well as Toronto, Ottawa and the Maritimes. Started in 2016 as a means to get my friends’ bands booked in Canada, but have since booked over 190 shows across the country. I don’t have a set roster and book artists on a case by case basis but I regularly work with performer’s and groups like Sasha Cay, Fireball Kid, Birds of Prrrey, Backseat Dragon, Taupe and Westelaken.

And can you tell us a bit about the acts you personally work with at this moment?

I don’t have a set roster but I often work with these artists:
Backseat Dragon, Ottawa, On – Indie/ Pop punk
Birds of Prrrey – Montreal, Qc – Punk/ Alternative Rock bands
Fireball Kid – Montreal, Qc – Indie/ Dance pop
Sasha Cay – Montreal, Qc – Indie Rock
Taupe – Montreal, Qc – Shoegaze/ Alternative rock
Westelaken – Toronto, On – Alterntive/ Country/ Folk Rock

What was the moment you decided you wanted to work with music?
